The Williamson County Fair Association complies with the Regulatory Requirements for Livestock as set forth by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. All Williamson County Fair participants must comply with these requirements. This information can be found in the Livestock catalog. Please carefully read and adhere to these requirements.

2026 Livestock Show Exhibitor Unloading/Loading

Out of an abundance of caution for everyone’s safety, we have received notice from law enforcement that there is to be NO TRAILER PARKING entering or exiting Gate 4. Please adhere to the following:

Livestock truck/trailers only will be allowed to enter Gate 3 to unload their livestock in designated area between B Barn and Manier Arena.
After unloading livestock, tack, feed etc. proceed to the East end of Manier Arena and exit to the right through the livestock egress gate, then turn right to exit through Gate 2 onto Long Lane.
All livestock truck/trailers will enter Gate 6 and park in designated parking spaces.
After parking, exhibitor may choose to leave the vehicle hooked to trailer then ride a Courtesy Cart to enter at Ticket Booths 3 & 4, or drop the trailer and proceed to Gate 4 to park vehicle in the lot, then enter at Ticket Booth 5.
After the show, enter through Gate 3, load livestock and proceed to East end of Manier Arena exiting livestock egress gate to Gate 2/Long Lane.
