A Day at the Fair

Overview

“A Day at the Williamson County Fair” provides a fun, free experience at the Williamson County Fair including General Admission tickets, rides, and a meal for groups up to 25 participants. The purpose of this event is to deliver the joy and tradition of a full county fair experience with a focus on agricultural education and activities to underserved, at-risk, special needs, or youth organizations. By fostering hands-on learning, community connection and a midway experience, we aim to cultivate a deeper understanding of agriculture and create lasting memories in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Williamson County Fair will award up to four “A Day at the Williamson County Fair” winners per year. Winners will be assigned a weekday (Monday thru Thursday) during which they can enjoy the fair experience. Only one winning group will be accommodated per weekday of the fair.

A Williamson County Fair Board member will meet the group at Ticket Booth One (1)/Will Call at the assigned time to welcome them to the fair, distribute the materials, answer questions, and provide any guidance needed. In the event a board member is not available, volunteers at Ticket Booth One (1)/Will Call or a ticket booth supervisor will meet with the group.
