Enter a competitive event at the 2026 Williamson County Fair!

All entries must be pre-entered online. No entries will be accepted that have not been pre-entered.

See individual Departments for complete information.

How to Enter:

Click on the Department of interest below.
Each Department contains a link to the catalog pages and complete entry information.
Read the rules before you enter.
Pre-enter by clicking on "2026 Online Registration" once the link is live under each Department.
Log in using your Username and Password, or register as a "new" exhibitor if you haven't registered in the past.
Register your entries.

Entry Dates & Deadlines:

June 15 – online entry goes live at 10:00 am
June 15-July 24 – online entry for everything except Livestock and SYHO
June 15-July 31 – online entry for Livestock and SYHO Vocal Competition
Entry Drop-off varies by Department

Entries are to be dropped off on the dates indicated in each Department at the Williamson County Fair, which is held at the Williamson County Ag Expo Park, 4215 Long Lane, Franklin. Enter at the main entrance to the building and volunteers will be there to assist you.
