Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Williamson County Fair, which will be held August 7-15. We are excited to announce that we have a new system for food and commercial vendor applications this year.
ALL FOOD AND COMMERCIAL VENDORS MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION AT THE LINK BELOW. This application is for indoor and/or outdoor space and does not guarantee that you will be assigned a space(s). Applications will be reviewed by fair management and you will receive notification from the Vendor Manager once approved, rejected, or waitlisted. A 75% deposit will be due upon acceptance.
PLEASE NOTE: tables, chairs, and tablecloths will no longer be provided by the fair.
The majority of our food vendor locations are outdoors, while our inside booths are primarily reserved for vendors exhibiting their products or business. Applications are processed as they are received, and we strive to offer a wide variety of vendors while also minimizing redundancy. The earlier we receive your application the better!
