The Williamson County Fair is searching for veterans who have been inspirational to others. These acts could include family, businesses, churches, schools, community, or our country in a way to make them better and improve the lives of those around them.

Nominate a past or current member of the military whose achievements and/or service to the community has gone without notice.

If you know someone deserving of the title “Hometown Hero”, please complete the nomination form below and email to entertainment@williamsoncountyfair.org, or mail to:

Requirements for Nomination

  • Nominees must have served between 1940 - Present
  • Nominees must still be living
  • Nominee must live within Williamson County
  • Nominees must be able to attend the ceremony on Saturday, August 12 at 10:30 am on the Nissan Stage at the Fair
