Williamson County Fair Parking Information & Shuttle Services

Parking

Please note that, during Fair hours, private vehicles must remain in the parking areas and will not be allowed in the pedestrian areas within the ticket gates.
Gate 1 is the main entrance for parking.
Courtesy Carts will run continuously throughout the parking areas providing drop off and pick up at the ticket booths, until 15 minutes before closing time each night, except Sunday-Thursday carts will run until 10:00 pm.
Guests who need to drop off someone at the Fair entrance should proceed down Long Lane to Gate 2, pull into the front parking lot, drop off their guest and then return via the same route out onto Long Lane.
Livestock trailers should proceed down Long Lane to the third Fairgrounds entrance, Gate 3. Trailers must be parked at Gate 6. Only trucks may be parked at Gate 4.

Off-Site Parking Information

Off-site parking has been shifted to south of the fairgrounds along Peytonsville Road at the KLove and Aetna buildings. The fair has partnered with the Williamson County School System to provide bus transportation to and from these lots throughout the event. We ask that you DO NOT WALK from these locations. Buses will run continuously. The schedule is as follows:

Friday, August 7 - Shuttles will run until approximately midnight - 12:30 am
Saturday, August 8 - Shuttles will run until approximately midnight - 12:30 am
Sunday, August 9 - Thursday, August 13 - Shuttles will run until approximately 11:30 pm - midnight
Friday, August 14 - Shuttles will run until approximately midnight - 12:30 am
Saturday, August 15 - Shuttles will run until approximately midnight - 12:30 am

Handicap accessible shuttle buses will also be available for off-site parking.
