ALL entries must be pre-entered online. Entries will NOT be accepted at drop-off that have not been pre-entered online so be sure to enter anything you think you'll have ready by the drop-off dates. Don't have an item ready...no problem...at least it's entered just in case!

Online Entry Required

2026 Online Registration - Available June 15 - July 24

IMPORTANT: When you register you will be prompted to "Process Entries", "Proceed to Payment" (if entry fee is charged), "Pay Now". Once you have paid you MUST "Return to Merchant" in order for the payment to register the entry as paid.

Entry Dates & Deadlines

Online Entry Available:
June 15 @ 10:00 am - July 24 @ midnight

Entry Drop-off:
Friday, July 31, 3:00 - 7:00 pm or Saturday, August 1, 9:00 am - Noon

NEW THIS YEAR: Photography entries will only be accepted at the Williamson County Fair during Non-perishable Drop-off dates listed above.

(No entries will be accepted at any Rec Center)

Entry for Songwriting:
After Pre-entry has been completed, please go to this link (https://forms.gle/f7Ay1Aze3mTzRFfg6) to complete the form and submit your Lyric Sheet and Audio MP3 file no later than July 30.
