The Williamson County Fair relies on dedicated volunteers who generously contribute their time to enrich the lives of our community members. A typical volunteer shift is four (4) hours long. After reading through the volunteer needs, please complete the required Volunteer Waiver within the link and email it to volunteers@willimsoncountyfair.org. Be sure to read the Volunteer Rules & Regulations before signing up.

Volunteer Perks

As a thank you for your invaluable contributions to the success of the fair, volunteers receive:

A volunteer t-shirt (while supplies and sizes last)
The opportunity to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner held prior to the Fair
Access to the Volunteer Lounge with free water and snacks
Special discounts from select Food Vendors
2 general admission tickets after the first four (4) hour shift worked.

Need Community Service Hours?

The Williamson County Fair is an approved non-profit organization for school community service hours. We provide hours for Senior Projects, Honor Society requirements, or whatever your service hour needs are. A typical volunteer shift is four (4) hours long.
