Need Community Service Hours?

The Williamson County Fair is an approved non-profit organization for school community service hours. We provide hours for Senior Projects, Honor Society requirements, or whatever your service hour needs are. A typical volunteer shift is four (4) hours long.

Volunteer Perks

As a thank you for your invaluable contributions to the success of the fair, volunteers receive:

2 General Admission tickets after the first four (4) hour shift worked
A volunteer t-shirt (while supplies and sizes last)
A cap (while supplies last)
The opportunity to attend a Volunteer Ice-Cream Social on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 5:30 pm to pick up your Volunteer t-shirt, cap, and entry wristbands
Access to the Volunteer Lounge with free water and snacks
The opportunity to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Ag Park

Rules & Regs

Volunteer Rules & Regulations

A typical volunteer shift is four (4) hours long. After reading through the volunteer needs, please pick the committee(s) of your choice to sign up. Be sure to read the Volunteer Rules & Regulations, and complete the required Volunteer Waiver that will be sent to you in a confirmation email upon signing up. By completing and signing the waiver, you agree that you have reviewed the Terms & Conditions, as well as the Volunteer Rules & Regulations.

Individuals 16 years old and older may volunteer without a parent, but still require a parent’s signature on the waiver until 18 years old. Individuals UNDER 16 years old may volunteer with a parent, however a waiver must be completed for the youth and signed by the parent.

Minimum age for Courtesy Cart drivers is 21.
