ALL entries must be pre-entered and entry fee paid online June 16 - July 25. No entries will be accepted after July 25. Only the first 25 entrants will be accepted in each grade level.

Thursday, July 31

A preliminary competition will be held Thursday, July 31, at 5:30 p.m. at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center, 112 Everbright Ave, Franklin.

Tuesday, August 5

The Final Competition will be held in the three following categories:

Elementary School (Grades K - 5), as of 2025/2026 school year
Middle School (Grades 6 - 8), as of 2025/2026 school year
High School (Grades 9 - 12), as of 2025/2026 school year

The competition will be held on the Nissan Stage at the fairgrounds beginning at 7:00 pm. (Check-in 6:00 pm.) Contestant and one chaperone admitted free. All others must purchase a general admission ticket.

2025 Online Registration - Available June 16 - July 25 (The maximum number of entries for the Middle School Division has been met. No further entries will be accepted in this Division.)

IMPORTANT: When you register you will be prompted to "Process Entries", "Proceed to Payment" (if entry fee is charged), "Pay Now". Once you have paid you MUST "Return to Merchant" in order for the payment to register the entry as paid.

NEW THIS YEAR: A link to a Google Form will be emailed to you once you have entered and paid the fee online. The Pageant Chairman will send that to you for completion in a timely manner after entry. It is not necessary to reach out to her for confirmation of entry.
