Pre-entry Required: ALL entries in this Department must be pre-entered online June 20 - July 22.
Please Note: Entries will NOT be accepted at drop-off that have not been pre-entered online so be sure to enter anything you think you'll have ready by the drop-off dates. Don't have an item ready...no problem...at least it's entered just in case!

NEW THIS YEAR:
Entry help days are are being offered for anyone that has problems with online entry, and Entry tag pick up days are being offered for those who would prefer to bring your entries pre-tagged on the drop off days.

Entry Drop-off

Friday, July 29 - Canned Goods, Food Mixes in a Jar (Class 29), and Gift Basket from Home (Class 30) - entries accepted 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday, August 4 - Breads, Cakes, Candy, Gifts of the Season (Class 6), Cookies, and Pies - entries accepted 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Note: Entry Tag Pick Up Days are being offered for your convenience. If you would prefer to bring your entries pre-tagged on the drop off days, pick up your tags early in the Fair Office on these dates/times. Optional, but not required. Wednesday, July 27, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or Thursday, July 28, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

2022 Online Registration - Available June 20 - July 22

Should you need immediate assistance with online entering please email entries@williamsoncountyfair.org. Otherwise, join us on one of two Entry Help Days being offered this year. Call 615-794-4386 or stop by the Fair Office located inside the main building at the Williamson County Ag Expo Park on Friday, July 15, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., or Saturday, July 16, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
