London Snell is a local Nashville singer/songwriter. She has been singing since the age of 4, began playing the guitar at the age of 12, and the piano shortly thereafter. Her love of music began with her parents, who's lives where shaped by music as well. London has not only been gifted with an exceptional vocal range, but a naturally beautiful quality to her voice. The richness of her voice has been compared to such classic artists as Karen Carpenter and Crystal Gayle, presented in the more contemporary styles of Madison Beer. Some of her earlier music influences include Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey.
She has more recently been influenced by the aforementioned Madison Beer, and Why Don’t We. London grew up as a theater kid and has been in 23 musical productions. She was cast in several prominent roles including Annie in “Annie”, Gabriella in “High School Musical” and Rafiki in “The Lion King”. London competed in the Willamson County Fair “Sing Your Heart Out” competition from grades 4 through 12, placing in the top 3 numerous times along the way. Another passion of London’s is leading Worship which she began her involvement in at the age of 14.
London will be attending the School of Music at MTSU on a vocal scholarship in the fall. There she will continue her studies in voice and other aspects of the music industry.
