Admission/Tickets
What is the admission price to the Williamson County Fair?
Adults (ages 13 and older) are $5 in advance, $6 at the gate.
Children ages 6 – 12 are $2 in advance, $3 at the gate.
Children ages 5 and under are free.
Do you have specials on admission prices during Fair Week?
Yes – click this link to see our specials.
Can I buy tickets at the fairgrounds with a credit card?
No – we only take cash at the Ticket Booths at the Fairgrounds.
Other areas at the Fair may take credit cards.

What are the hours of operation for the Williamson County Fair?
Operating Hours:

When do the exhibits operate?
All exhibits and vendor booths will be open from the Fair start time until 10:00 pm except Sunday which closes at 9:00 p.m.

Saturday – 10:00 am to Midnight

Parking
Is parking included in gate admission?
Yes – Parking is sponsored by NISSAN North America
Is there shuttle service from the parking lots?
Yes – from the South end of Long Lane, buses and courtesy carts run continuously. If you need assistance from the on-site parking lots, please notify an attendant who will call a shuttle for you.
Where do buses park?
In the regular parking lots.
Is there RV parking?
No special RV parking or hook-ups are available.
Is there camping available?
No camping is available on the Fair Grounds.
Fairgoer Services
Do you offer wheelchairs & scooters for fair goers to use ?
Yes, this is available near the Handicapped parking lot at no charge.
Fair goers may also request assistance from attendants getting to and from their cars. Wheelchairs sponsored by TLC Medical
Are there ATM machines available?
Yes, a Franklin Synergy ATM is located inside the arena and other ATMs are located on the Midway.
What do I do if I have lost something during my visit at the Williamson County Fair?
Complete a lost item form in the Fair Office on the fair grounds or call 615.794.4386
Can you page for lost children, family members or friends?
Most areas are covered by a paging system; check in the Fair Office if this service is needed.

What is the cost for a Williamson County Fair Daily Schedule?
The Daily Schedule is available at no charge from the Fair Information Booth at the Main Entrance.
Where do I get Fair logo’d items?
There is a Fair merchandise booth located just inside the arena on the right. T-Shirts, collectible knives, hats and other merchandise are available.

Tickets are sold at the Main Gate and East Gate just outside the Ag Park entrances.

Where is the Fair Office?
The Office is located in the Ag Expo Park, inside the UT Ag Extension office, to the right of the Main Entrance.
What are the Fair Office Hours?
The Office is open during the Fair operating hours.
Where is the livestock entrance?
Livestock trailers may proceed down Long Lane, past the Main entrance, to the Livestock Gate.
Where is the parking area for Livestock?
Livestock trailers will be directed down Long Lane for parking once they have checked in at the Livestock Gate.
How do I find my company picnic?
Check with an Ambassador in blue vest located just past the Main and East gate entrances. Picnic Pavilion sponsored by Verizon Wireless
Animals
What animals will I see when I come to the Williamson County Fair?
The Children’s Barnyard has goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, poultry, horses, cows and other farmyard animals.
Can I bring my pet to the Williamson County Fair ?
No animals are allowed on the property except service animals and properly identified service animals in training.
