Awards: All contestants – crown and rose and free modeling workshop

BABY AND TODDLER CONTEST CLASSES
CLASS 1. 0 – 12 months, boy and girl: less than 12 months old by August 7, 2011
CLASS 2. 12 – 24 months, boy and girl: 12 months, but not 24 months old by August 7, 2011
CLASS 3. 2 – 3 years, boys and girl: 2 years, but not 4 years old by August 7, 2011
Rules and Regulations
1. Contestants must be a full time resident of Williamson County.
2. All contestants will receive a beautiful crown and a gorgeous rose.
3. Entry forms are available on the Williamson County Fair website at www.williamsoncountyfair.org or may be picked up at the Extension Office at Ag Expo Park.
4. No refunds will be given.
5.Contestants must check-in at the arrival time, but please do not come backstage until age group is announced.
6. The Fair reserves the right to see proof of age (birth certificate) upon request.
7. Contestants will be judged in “Sunday attire”. No pageant attire or makeup is allowed. No rhinestones or sequins.
8. The contestant and one parent or chaperone will be admitted at no charge to the Fair the day of the pageant. Only one chaperone will accompany contestant backstage.
9. Winners (First Place) will receive a trophy, crown, and sash. The first and second runners-up will receive crowns.
10. Winners must be prepared to represent the Fair at the fair events if called on to do so.
11. Pageants will be held at the Ag Expo Park Main Stage/Arena, Williamson County Fair, 4215 Long Lane, Franklin TN.
12. Modeling Workshop is free for all contestants and will be given on Saturday, August 6, 2011, by a Miss Tennessee.
13. After your entry is received, you will receive em-mail confirmation of entry and location and time of modeling workshop.
