RULES & REGULATIONS
- Rules & Regulations at beginning of the 4-H & Youth section apply.
- Only one entry per class per person.
- Canned items will not be accepted unless they are sealed and in a Ball or Kerr canning jar.
- Label must include produce name and date processed.
- Entries must be dropped off at time and date specified above at the Ag Expo Park arena. The 4-H and Youth area is located on the mezzanine.
CANNING CLASSES
- Green Beans – 1 quart or pint
- Tomatoes – 1 quart or pint
- Tomato Juice – 1 quart or pint
- Other Vegetable – 1 quart or pint
- Fruit – 1 quart or pint
- Pickles-Sweet – 1 quart or pint
- Pickles-Dill – 1 quart or pint
- Salsa – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Relishes – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Blackberry Jam – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Strawberry Jam – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Other Jam – any kind – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Preserves – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Jelly – any kind – 1 pint or 1/2 pint
- Miscellaneous – any size jar
