RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Rules & Regulations at beginning of the 4-H & Youth section apply.
  2. Only one entry per class per person.
  3. All items must be made of fabric or textiles.
  4. Entries must be dropped off at time and date specified above at the Ag Expo Park arena. The 4-H and Youth area is located on the mezzanine.
